At Rainbow Pediatrics, we believe in old fashioned service so when you call, we answer the phone. We are also expanding to provide you with increased on-line access to care and to your child’s medical information. Our on-line Patient Services will become a growing on-line alternative for contacting or connecting with our practice.

You may request an appointment by calling our office at 802-388-1338 during business hours and Jess, Judi, or Lisa would be happy to assist you.

At this time, we are able to refill prescriptions over the phone, through our portal, or in person. Please call us at 802-388-1338 and ask for the prescription line. Please make sure to leave us your name, your child's name and date of birth, the name and dose of the prescription, a current phone number, and the name of your preferred pharmacy. Please allow 48 hours for us to fill your prescription.

Our mailing list is used for urgent medical information, updates on flu shot availability and the public health emergencies such as the H1N1 outbreak. We will not sell or give away your information and we will not fill your inbox with trivial emails. If you would like to join our mailing list, please email Lisa at lisaryan@sover.net

National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA) Certificate of Recognition

Our office is a level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home. This is the highest rating that primary care practices can receive.  We are proud to be one of the very few pediatric practices in the state of Vermont to have received this prestigious award.

The patient is the center of the Patient Centered Medical Home.  As part of being a Patient Centered Medical Home, each patient has a primary care provider within the office and we encourage our families to see the same provider for all well visits and even sick visits, if scheduling permits. We believe the best care is given to a patient when there is an on-going relationship between the provider and family.  However, all providers are available to see all patients, which allows for flexibility in scheduling and same-day appointments for acute visits.

In our office, you will also have access to the Community Health Team (CHT) which consists of a Registered Dietitian, a Care Coordinator, and a Behavioral Health Specialist.  These services are offered free of charge.  Please call our office to schedule an  appointment with a member of the CHT.

The providers at Rainbow Pediatrics will care for your child utlizing the latest evidence based medicine practices.  This ensures that your child receives the best care possible.

Our office will also coordinate specialist care for your child.  The world of health care can be confusing and we are happy to help you navigate it.  If you have any questions regarding referrals and care coordination, please do not hesitate to contact us.
